Create a bot

Let’s begin by creating a bot in ConvoKraft:

1. Navigate to the ConvoKraft service icon in the left pane of the Catalyst console.

   

2. Click Create New Bot.

3. In the Create New Bot pop-up, enter the name of the bot as “EcommerceBot”. Provide a short description of the bot and also an icon for your bot, if required.

   

4. Click Save, and in the page that follows choose the development platform as Deluge, to code the business logic of your bot.
