Following are the default events supported for the Zoho Marketing Automation Publisher:

| 4 | Email Opened | email_opened | An event is generated when an email is opened in Zoho Marketing Automation. |
| 5 | Email Clicked | email_clicked | An event is generated when an email is accessed in Zoho Marketing Automation. |
| 6 | Email Replied | email_replied | An event is generated when an email is replied to from Zoho Marketing Automation. |
| 7 | Email Bounced | email_bounced | An event is generated when an email gets bounced in Zoho Marketing Automation. |
| 8 | Subscription Preference Updated | subscription_preference_updated | An event is generated when a contact updates their subscription preference in Zoho Marketing Automation. |
