This table is used to store records of city names where aliens were sighted. To create a table: 1. Navigate to the *Cloud Scale* section of the console, then click **Start Exploring**. ![catalyst_alien_city_cloud_scale_console_view](https://catalyst-docs-development.zohostratus.in/images/tutorials/alcity/alien-city-cloud-scale-updated.webp) 2. The table is now created. Next, let’s create a column in the table to store the names of the cities. 1. Click **New Column** in the *Schema View* section for the table. ![catalyst_alien_city_datastore_table_created](https://catalyst-docs-development.zohostratus.in/images/tutorials/alcity/catalyst_alien_city_datastore_table_created.webp) 2. You can learn about the various data types supported by Catalyst, as well as the other properties of a column, from the [Data Store help page](https://docs.catalyst.zoho.com/en/cloud-scale/help/data-store/columns/). 3. Click **Create**. The column is now created and listed in the *Schema View* section. ![catalyst_alien_city_datastore_column_created](https://catalyst-docs-development.zohostratus.in/images/tutorials/alcity/catalyst_alien_city_datastore_column_created.webp)
