# Get Circuit Instance

> **Note:** Ensure you have installed the [required package](https://docs.catalyst.zoho.com/en/sdk/javascript/v1/serverless/functions/overview/#prerequisites) to use this SDK method.

You can get the `circuit` component reference as shown below. This will not fire a server-side call. You will refer to this component instance in various code snippets when working with the Circuits component.

> **Note:** Circuits is currently not available to Catalyst users accessing from the EU, AU, IN, JP, SA, or CA data centers.
