You can pass a [Pre-defined](https://docs.catalyst.zoho.com/en/job-scheduling/help/implementation/submit-job-predefined-cron/) or [Dynamic](https://docs.catalyst.zoho.com/en/job-scheduling/help/implementation/submit-job-dynamic-cron/) cron's [cron ID](https://docs.catalyst.zoho.com/en/job-scheduling/help/cron/key-concepts/#cron-id) or name to the `runCron()` SDK method to instantly execute it. The executed cron will instantly submit a job to the job pool. The `jobScheduling` reference used in the code snippets below is the [component instance](https://docs.catalyst.zoho.com/en/sdk/javascript/v1/job-scheduling/create-instance/) created to perform these operations. ```javascript const jobA = await jobScheduling.CRON.runCron('test_cron'); // run cron with cron name const jobB = await jobScheduling.CRON.runCron('1234567890'); // run cron with cron ID ```
